   There are lots of these plugins. How many of these plugins should be installed? Is there an issue with installing too many of the SEO plugins?

   Well most of them do the same things, and can cause problem with each other. Just look for one that has the features you want and install it and try it if you don't like it pick another ... ad infinitum.
