Removing “share on facebook” text on article previews

Hi guys.

I’m using the fantastic Swift theme. This theme features articles/posts to have a thumbnail and an excerpt.

I am using a plug in called “share to facebook” which adds a button to all articles allowing readers to share the article on Facebook.

This is fine but the text “share to facebook” appears in the article excerpt.

Is it to do with the theme coding or to do with the plug in? I’ve tried various different share on facebook plugins and all seem to do the same.
