   Hi,

   I upgraded my wordpress from 2.6 to 2.8 and everything went well, except I lost from Widgets my text Widget which had some html-text.

   I saved my old version, so from where, which file or database location, I can find this lost data and retrieve it?

   btw, noticed a second "bug".

   My database should be in UTF-8 format, but it isn't. How do I convert it?
