I have a host WP through go daddy, Atahualpa theme, which I have not updated since April, and need to get into the admin now urgently. My computer crashed this summer and I lost everything in my email in terms of passwords, logins etc. I don't know how to get into this blog, I know the address, http://www.mywaterstory.com but go daddy will not give me any assistance with retreiving login. What to do? i keep reading "go to the admin panel...?? how?? I uploaded through php but it's been so long I'm rusty.
Any help from some kind and sympathetic bloggers would REALLY be appreciated. i have to update this blog for work.

Posted 3 weeks ago #your host should provide you new access credential IF you are able to demonstrate to be the site owner.
This is regard to the account access. Wp access data are at you: if you lost them, no one can help you. -
Posted 3 weeks ago #i contacted them, and they told me the exact opposite. they said that they provide no wp login support, and would have to send me back to wordpress. they told me to go to this forum and search this question.

As I said, they could provide ONLY your HOSTING account credential;
Wp login is at you; as I said, if you lost data, you should re-install the site. -
