Download a fresh copy of WordPress:
    http://wordpress.org/download/

Open the wp-config-sample.php file that's inside. Fill in all your database details, your username, password etc and the copy and paste the output from here into the correct section...
    https://api.wordpress.org/secret-key/1.1/

    Rename it to: wp-config.php

Then upload it, *in ASCII mode* to the root WordPress folder on your site.

You have to re-check your db autenthication parameters.

    re-consider carefully:

    db hostname
    db user name
    db name
    db psw

I had a domain practiseseo.co.cc and now I redirected to novicebloggers.com. I did this 10 days before. Yesterday before this problem happened i made some changes in wp-config and this problem occured. I undo the edits but the problem still exists
