This is totally my fault.
I was in my dashboard under General Settings and wanted to reconfigure both of my Wordpress & Blog Addresses
from:
http://www.ecstewart.com > http://www.ecstewart.com/2010
My dashboard closed down and now won't let me back in. I get an error message when I try to log into: /wp-admin.
There's got to be a file I can modify and reupload to my FTP server, right?
Thanks much,
Lisa

I looked for the URLs in database as instructed by @wordprest & within the Codex files per @ClaytonJames, but to no avail. URLs weren't even present.
At this point, I'd like to start from scratch but I still wonder about getting into my Admin dashboard...

Read Changing The Site URL « WordPress Codex again; there are some quick emergency procedures for getting back into your admin. You don't have to edit URLS in the database execpt as a last resort.

Thanks guys, but nothing worked for me.
I was feeling a bit of trepidation when it came to downloading myphpadmin so I decided to get smart and have my database restored thru my ISP.
Thanks for your help, tho.
