    I made a custom blog for someone using a wordpress default theme. Well she updated the theme and all my coding got erased. I was able to restore my coding, but I changed the theme name in the code editor in an effort to prevent it from happening again. When I changed the name, it got reset again, so I just copy and pasted my css into the style sheet, and it went back to the custom theme I wanted it to in IE. I got an email from the person who I made it for, and she has Safari and Firefox. She said "I'm not looking at it in Explorer but on both Safari and Firefox it's not using the custom template you built. It's just on a plain background going all the way down.
    "

    Any ideas why this happened? heres the link http://www.fortheotherwoman.com/blog

    You can't just change the name of the theme. You need to change the theme's folder name as well.

    The current theme is totally messed up. There's:

    <div class="wrapper">
    <html><div class="wrapper">

    appearing before the DOCTYPE and a block of CSS appearing halfway down the page. Those problems need to be sorted.
