   Heads up on using this with MU 2.8.4 and Apache FastCGI. Clicking "add an image" will pop up the modal thickbox window with a 500 error. In the apache logs you'll see:

   [Fri Oct 30 19:16:06 2009] [notice] mod_fcgid: process /var/www/wp-admin/page.php(6081) exit(communication error), get unexpected signal 11
   [Fri Oct 30 19:16:13 2009] [notice] mod_fcgid: call /var/www/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php with wrapper /usr/lib/cgi-bin/php5

   Turning off the plugin fixed the issue.
