Author Posts – Auto Tweet & FB Share Plugin???

    Is there a plugin that can tie individual authors Twitters & Facebooks in to auto-tweet/share as soon as they post a blog topic?

    For example, blogging network has 10 bloggers. Each blogger plugs in their Twitter & Facebook on an account-to-account basis. When Fred Gates publishes “Music Festivals in the Northwest” it automatically tweets @fredgates and shares on facebook.com/fredgates – same applies to Mary Smith’s “Instruments of the Future” blog post, tweets @marysmith and shares on facebook.com/marysmith.

    What would be nice is an admin level setting, where Mary Smith and Fred Gates’s posts auto-tweets & shares under @music_otaku and facebook.com/music_otaku

    Anyone know of such a plugin or one similar in concept?
