   I have recently installed WP on my godaddy.com account. In attempting to set up Permalinks on WP, I went into the Settings button on the admin panel, but am unable to see the Permalinks option.

   Does anyone have a guess as to why this might be? I am thinking that maybe the install tripped somewhere. Along those lines, how do I confirm that the blog is pointing to where I think it is?

   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

   Hi,

   Check with these options:

   -> Disable all the wordpress plugins.
   -> Upgrade your wordpress to the latest version.
   -> Assign 766 permissions to .htaccess file and set your desired permalinks and revert the permissions to 755.
