how to make wordpress like facebook?

    Hi. do anyone know if it’s possible for wordpress to make the userprofiles more like not just editing. Now they are like just able to edit there own profiles.
    I wan’t my site to be able to let regustrated users to make their own profiles or maby blog, it this posible?
