dandamI've used this plugin on a variety of sites and while it demands that you are comfortable with coding your own PHP params, it is simple and works very well.
One issue is that the latest version doesn't seem to available on the WordPress.org site. If you're running anything close to current (2.4 or higher), I highly recommend getting the latest version (3.0.1 as of the date of this post) from the developer's site:
