   I've been wanting to try this on my blog but I'm not sure if it works with WP SpamFree. Any idea?

   I e-mailed the plugin author and he mentioned he isn't aware of any known conflicts.

   I personally am using WP Spam Free and Ajax Edit Comments on my personal blog with no issues.

   Can this plugin slow down page load?

   You shouldn't see any significant slowdown.
