I messed up my .htaccess I was able to fix it so my pages work but now whenever I attempt to log in it puts me into a loop where wp-login.php redirects me to wp-admin and then wp-admin back because it doesn't think I am logged in.

Posted 1 month ago #If it's really your .htaccess file doing it, rename or move that file to somewhere off your web server and log in again.
Once you are logged in, reset your permalinks. That should create a new default .htaccess file for you. Once that's done carefully re-add any of your .htaccess customizations.
