avgibbyI'm going to be a specific as possible, because I seemed to have tried everything but to solve this problem, except for deleting and reinstalling wordpress.
Recently I installed Gravatar Favicon pluging by Patrick Chia. I had 2 admin users created at the time, regular admin account and one other. After I activated the plugin I realized that my admin profile did not have a gravatar selected, but the other admin profile did. So, the plug chose the other admin account to use as the gravatar. I have tried all sorts of things to remove the favicon but it stays there. Things I have tried, in no specific order:

I deactivated-reactivated the plugin

Deleted the other admin account

Deleted the plugin

Cleared browser cache

Changed admin gravatar

Changed admin email address

Went to discussion options and turned of gravatars

Before I deleted the other admin account I changed the gravatar
Thats as much as I can remember at this point. If anyone could help solve this problem, I would really appreciate it.
