Ive messed up! Please help

Posts arrant showing up on the front page, vie only got 1 post but vie made it so it appears on the front page similar to what http://www.cantwaitforchristmas.com have done but i deleted the first original post you get what when you first install wordpress because i wanted to create my own but now nothing will appear, please help!
