Hello,
I have some strange issue after updating to the latest version (2.8.5)
When I'm making a new post, I can't upload anything because the pop-up window for uploading, just doesn't pop-up. When I click, nothing happens.
I've tried to stop all plugins, but still it doesn't show.
Also, there is no pop-up window when I try to install plug-in directly from WP.
I've tried different browsers (IE,FF,CHROME), I've tried some solutions for other similar problems but nothing works.
Any ideas ??
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

As I said, I have already deactivated all plug-ins, but it's still not popping up. I guess it's not related to plugins.
What else can it be ?

I've experienced the same on some blogs, and the solution that -sometimes- work is to shift-refresh your cache, or perhaps go to your browsers options and totally clear the cache.
No promises, but that has solved the problem on some of my blogs :-)
