Fatal Error after install (2 posts)

After installing WordPress, it worked just fine for about an hour or two, then when I tried to open it and work on it again I get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare txht() (previously declared in /homepages/16/d154144130/htdocs/jeleonard/blog/wp-config.php(1) : eval()'d code:1) in /homepages/16/d154144130/htdocs/jeleonard/blog/wp-settings.php(1) : eval()'d code on line 1

I thought I might have been hacked, so I changed my database password to something no one can easily hack, then deleted everything off the blog site. I reconfigured my wp-config.php file and again changed the password to another unguessable password, added the Keys as generated by WordPress, then uploaded it again. After that it worked fine until I shut it off and went to bed. Next morning, I got the same thing (as listed above.) I checked the online config file and found that something had added another huge block of code. Is this normal? How do I fix it?

No, it's not normal. It does sound (and look from the error message) like you've been hacked.

Have you previously been running an old version of WordPress?

Scan your computer for viruses, malware and trojans that might be stealing your login details.

Might be worth contacting your host too, just in case it's the server that's been r00ted.
