   I've decided to reinstall Wordpress at another web address, since Wordpress seems corrupted or acting weird after an upgrade. So now I have a backup of my current blog, my question is how can I reinstall Wordpress at another location and only import back my posts, themes, and images, etc?

   Tp export a file containing your posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags, use Admin/Tools/Export. Then use the Import function on the new blog.
