   I'm fairly new to Wordpress but have created a website based around a cosmetically modified Atahualpa theme (http://www.peterboroughphantoms.com) .

   I would likle to upgrade but I'm terrified it will wreck the site so how likely is that to happen ?

   Looking for some reaasurances !!!

   To alleviate all concerns backup your files, backup your database. See WordPress Backups.

   Then do the upgrade.
