   Hey guys, I'm hoping you can help me with a question.

   I've used your download tool a while ago and enjoy the functionality. I'm trying to use it again today but it is not working.

   When I click the insert download icon while in a draft article it carries me to a page where I can browse and save my intended download. There's also a tab where I can select from my existing downloadable files. When I add a new file or selct an existing download and click "insert" I get an "error on page" message at the bottom left of my screen and I'm stuck on this page with no link back out to my draft article. I have to close the window and re-enter wordpress to confirm that yet again the download has not saved to the article.

   Please help.

   The insert icon should open a lightbox (like the image button does). If that’s not working then there may be a conflict or javascript error. Install firebug for firefox and check the error console.
