Hey there,
Just wondering - regarding the embedding of video's in feeds. I assume when I see YouTube video's appear in other people's feeds this is actually just Google Reader automatically converting the link to an embed?
Perhaps it would be better to change the Viper Video feed output to the URL of the video rather than <em>Click here to view the video</em>?
Just a thought (I'm not actually sure how Google Reader processes this and how videos show up in other feed readers).

No, those other people are using <object> in their feeds. Technically this is not allowed (it breaks feed validation) which is why I didn't support it in my plugin. That and I embed videos using Javascript which won't work in feeds, so I'd have to write an additional set of code to do it without Javascript. Painful.
However WordPress 2.9 will feature video embeds natively (including in feeds), so don't worry about it. :)

Ah I see. I wasn't sure what way they were going about things, but yes, I am most definitely against invalidity :)
Grand so, I'll mark this as resolved straight away - was just curious.
