   I created portfolio page and it was supposed to display cropped images of the portfolio and then it is linked to the larger image on next page.

   So I went to setting>media and save everything like crop exact dimensions. Then I went to the media under writing posts to upload image and tried to crop it. > crop button > medium or full chain > tick off lock aspect ratio > crop button again.

   The image came out rather blurry. I had the large picture but when it was cropped and blurry. Could anyone tell me what is wrong or where I went wrong?

   I posted too soon - I got it to show large pic instead and it showed fine, except that I want to know how to have one cropped image on portfolio page for an example and then have large full image on category page? cropped image is linked to large full image.

   please help? thank you very much
