nextgen gallery – thumbnail editor problem | WordPress.org

hi there,
i’m havin strange problem with thumbnail editor of nextgen gallery..
thumbnails are created without any problem but when i try to edit thumbnail by “edit thumb” the Customize thumbnail window appear but completely blank 🙁

You need to save the functions.php in UTF-8 without BOM (Dos\Windows ANSI as UTF-8). Worked for me using Notepad++. Had the same problem with cropping thumbs.

I’ve got nextgen working well except that I can’t edit thumbs. when I try, it only allows me to create a square image and I can’t drag the box vertically. It will resize horizontally. Any ideas?

I was able to fix the issue by going through the active plugins and removing all extra carriage returns.
