   I need a plugin created that can do what this how-to: http://phiredesign.net/?p=246
   A Wordpress custom login page.
   There is a plugin out there that is similar to this, but nothing that does exactly what I did in the how-to.

   The files/edits this plugin does would need to be stored at another location within the server as to stay active and working upon a WP upgrade.

   I simply do not have the time or expertise to do this on my own. I don't know the cost of a project like this, but am willing to pay.
