   your installer hung briefly
   use one of these methods to change the 2 url's to where the installation is
   http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

   or drop all tables in database with phpmyadmin and install again

   Hi Samboll ... thanks for your time :) ... I deleted the tables and reloaded the install ... still the same ? ... is there a sample of how home page should look ? ... the one I see doesn't seem to be right or work ... cheers ... Steve

   If seen that happen several times--you need to fix your Blog Address (URL) that now says http://exposeyourgovernment.com/?step=2 but should say http://exposeyourgovernment.com

   Consider using phpMyAdmin to make sure your wp_options table has the correct values in siteurl and home.

   siteurl is your WordPress address (URL) and home is your Blog Address (URL).

   And, some other info:
   http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/

   :) yyyaaayyy :) ... Thanks 'HEEEPS' Michael that worked, thanks very much every one ...

   I did change home page like you said b4 with phpmyadmin, but not the siteurl doing both siteurl and homeurl did it ...

   Now have to see if i can catorise; country / state / and government department ... any sugestions would be great :) ... cheers ... Steve
