How do I get to the WordPress coding pages to add html codes that will put advertisers codes in the sidebars? Do I update the theme codes? How do I get to the Wordpress-content/plugins directory?

I will say that it takes a bit of time for a site to become popular enough to warrant someone buying adspace on it; that likely won't come overnight. Good luck with it.
