So here is something very strange. All of my sites were working when I went to bed last night, but then when I arise this morning not one of them to be seen.
All I can see now is the following message:
Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL which is required for WordPress.
All the files are still in place. Through my CPanel I can see the databses all sitting as they should be.
Any ideas as to why this may happen?
Email your host .... ?
This is wierd - GoDaddy servers are cropping up with this, now your host yet it isn't an error I can recall seeing beyond a few weeks ago. I wonder if there is something odd going on with server software..
Hi Podz, yep I have contacted the host.
At least it gives me an opportunity to see how effective the support is - I haven't had to get in touch with them until now :)
Strange that it is every site and forum, guestblock etc. It must a server issue me thinks.
Great support. They had changed something overnight and were very apologetic about it.
All fixed now.
They didn't say what ?
Or were they so incredibly embarrassed at screwing things up ........
Out of curiosity, who's the host?
