AS you can see from my website http://www.jeniwren.com, I have enabled in my index.php to show thumbnails of my five most recent posts.
However, I think the loops are affecting the structure of other pages, because when I click onto 'categories', or other posts, the most recent posts appear on the page rather than the category/post needed.
Any ideas?

I have noticed though that when I click onto a link via my linkwithin.com plug-in, the correct post shows because it refreshes the whole page...
Does your theme have category.php and archive.php files? If not, your index.php file will be used to display your categories and archives.

I don't have either category.php or archive.php I'm afraid.
I will set them up and see if that makes a difference - thanks for helping me out I'm obviously not thinking straight today!
