WordPress Beta Testing plugin + won't upgrade automatically (3 posts)

I set up a 2.8.4 version of WordPress at wp.syncbox.com to start testing in the beta program. I installed the suggested plugin (WordPress Beta Testing) and activated it (no issues)

So... I went to the Beta Testing tool page and it is set to use the Point Release Nightlies

But when I click the "Head over and upgrade" link and then try to use the Update Automatically, it fails:

    Downloading update from http://wordpress.org/nightly-builds/wordpress-2.8.4-latest.zip.
    Download failed.: Not Found
    Installation Failed

Suggestions? It SAYS there's a new version, but then won't update... did I do something wrong or fail to do some extra step?

Note also that the link for downloading manually (http://wordpress.org/nightly-builds/wordpress-2.8.4-latest.zip) fails, going to a "not found" page.

Perhaps the plugin has issues? Anyone know?

I guess the fix is you have to choose the bleeding edge option in the Beta Testing Tools page...
