Today i installed wordpress on xampp so i could try out some stuff while i go away for the weekend with no internet. it installs fine and everything, but once i got to the dashboard i keep getting these error message, and they are everyware, settings pages, the actually webpage.

Posted 1 month ago #Those aren't errors. They are warnings. :)
PHP will echo truly staggering volumes of warnings if the error_reporting value is set to 'E_ALL'. I think that is probably your problem. Take a look here for the fix.
