   Hello. My Wordpress is set to FRENCH. But ContactForm7 is stuck with English and displays messages such as "Your message was sent successfully. Thanks."

   How can I force set locale of Contact Form 7 to display in French ?

   Contact Form 7 has been translated into many languages. See if the languages folder contains a language file for your language.

   The locale setting of Contact Form 7 follows the locale setting of WordPress. Once you change the WordPress locale to, Contact Form 7 is also changed. See how to change the WordPress locale here.

   There is a French file in the language folder

   Yes I read the FAQ before coming to ask here. BUT it does not work this way.

   It doesn't change existing forms. Add a new form then you'll see it in French.
