   As the theme and header image designer I would like to clarify the header image has not been stolen and is a compilation of different brushes found on the web. The tree in question is also a brush which I downloaded from http://snowiee.deviantart.com/art/Tree-bird-n-star-brushes-112851427 . There are more vectors and brushes available on the web for the same image with free to use license for non commercial purpose.

   LonelyTree's header image was inspired by the global warming conditions around the world and in part dedicated to the bush fires.

   I would be contacting Oliver regarding the tree copyright claim.
