   Hi Takayuki Miyoshi,
   I just installed this plugin with Contact Form 7. It seems like that, its not working with WP Super Cache. There is an issue with image caching. Could you please look at that?

   I've added the form pages to the WP Super Cache Accepted Filenames & Rejected URIs list to prevent caching, though not ideal, because of this issue. Seems to me this wasn't always a problem though, only a rather recent issue?
