   hi im having major problems with a larger form. ive got a contact form working perfectly. but this longer booking form routes to a 404 page & i cant figure out why.

   can someone help? the link is:

   Had the same problem and finally found the fix. I had the input filed for the person name labeled as [name] - just change that to [your-name] and it will work. For some reason short tag names like [name], [email] cause problems.
