   Please help!
   I recieve the following:
   Warning: Header may not contain more than a single header, new line detected. in D:\home\hirepromotions.com\wwwroot\blog\wp-login.php on line 299

   after trying to login I recieve:

   disable your plugins, specifically the ones that are being used to mess with your login page.

   one of them is the culprit.

   I'm not quite sure what plugins those are. I am new to this. Is sql 5 a plugin?

   you see what plugins you are using by logging into your blog and clicking the plugins link.

   if you cant so that, you will need to use your ftp client, or your hosts control panel interface to "manually" un-install your plugins.
