Trying to remove items from my page

I am trying to remove a few of the default items from my page, and i’m not sure where they are.

First, whenever i post, the date shows underneath the post title. How do i remove that?

Second, under each post, it says “Posted in….” and “Comments.” How do i remove these options from the bottom of each post?
