   I am trying to upgrade to WordPress 3.2 but I am getting this Fatal error:

   Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 29360128) (tried to allocate 3934428 bytes) in /homepages/39/d198780805/htdocs/wp-includes/class-http.php on line 1426

   Can anybody help me resolove this?

   See if deactivating all plugins helps.

   I'm having the same problem. Whenever I use qtranslate widget, I get same error. Was working previously, don't know why it changed all of a sudden. When I'm on home page in english it works but when I change language to french I get that fatal error.

   Deactivating doesn't help if you need the widget.

   Deactivating the plugins did the trick. Am I going to need to do that for every upgrade?

   Increase PHP Memory, try 42M or 48M.
