Where is the current .pot file for WordPress 3.2?

I am following the link from the codex(http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress) http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/pot/trunk/wordpress.pot and the file is tagged “3.2-RC4 POT-Creation-Date: 2011-07-03”
