hello, i m sorry if it has been solved before, but i was unable to find it though!
i wanted to know how can i show the number of times the post has been view,
wanted to show it in the admin panel, in post edit page, where the list of posts is shown.

http://wordpress.org/support/topic/298639?replies=4 might help--he was talking about the WP-Postviews plugin but you didn't mention what plugin you are using to 'collect' post view counts.
Also this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/reveal-ids-for-wp-admin-25/ makes use of the manage_posts_custom_column action and the manage_posts_columns filter, so you can get an idea of what to do.
