   Hello,

   I want to put our music sheets into a table (with the following columns: title, composer, arrangement, duration, comment, category). That's no problem. But this is my question: is there a way to have a search on the table so it gives only the result in a table (for instance, I want all composers with the name Mozart)?

   Hi,

   this will be possible in the upcoming version 1.5.
   (Release probably at the end of October.)

   I'll add a new JavaScript for Tablesorting there. See http://www.datatables.net which has an example on the frontpage, where you can see the feature (If you type something in the "Search" input field, only the rows with that content will be shown).
   Is that what you need?

   Hi That would be great.

   Would it then also be possible to have it in a drop down list? Example as above: Dropdown list with all composers of which you select mozart.

   Hi,

   it should be possible with the DataTables script. It provides an API with functions to do filtering. You would have to program that yourself though, I can not add such functionality.
   I just add the DataTables script as an add-on to my plugin, without any modifications. Sorry.

   Hi,
   i have a table in my website using this plugin. it works great. but the problem is that when i use the search feature on my theme non of the data in the table shows.

   can you please tell me a way to fix this.
