I'm building a website with wp. My client accidentally clicked delete on the wp directory and quickly clicked cancel. obviously in that time files were lost.
I have replaced all files in root and wp-admin + wp-incliudes.
The main site (home) and control panel works again BUT single pages do not: eg:
How can this be what could I have missed? any ideas?
try resetting permalinks
admin - settings - permalinks
if that doesn't do it - upload the theme files fresh

I've tried both those methods, still not working. ANy ideas people?
completely delete the .htaccess then generate permalinks again
