   Getting following error message: Warning: ftp_mkdir() [function.ftp-mkdir]: Could not determine cwdir: Not a directory. in /Users/iccns/Sites/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php on line 240

   Could not create directory. /Sites/wp-content/wp-content/plugins/powerpress/

   I get this message for any plugin I try to upgrade.

   temporarily chmod /Sites to 777
   try the upgrade - should work
   now chmod /Sites back to 755 - should continue to work

   I have the same problem. Some ideas to how to solve the problem?
