It's been quite a while since the Mollom plugin was fixed to properly handle character sets and double quotes, but the fixes have yet to be included in an official version. Are there any plans to incorporate the fix soon? Are non-UTF-8 character sets still an issue?

These last months, my business have been eating away time, so this project wasn't on the priorities list.
Of course, I will pick this up very soon. I wonder if someone has had the time to confirm whether the fixes are good. If so, I'll package a new version with the fix asap.
