How do I get the permalink to the latest post to show automatically? (1 post)

    My theme is still in progress. I have my navigation set up to look like this:

    Home - Page1 - Page2 - Page3 - Latest Blog.

    The "Latest Blog" link is like this:

    - <a href="URLHERE.COM">Lastest Blog</a>

    What template tag perimeters do i use in place of "URLHERE.COM" to automatically get the "Latest Blog" to go to the permalink of the latest post?
