Problem with template-> Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

    I’m using SienMag template
    http://www.wpspider.com/free-premium-wp-blog-theme-wp_011/ and I get this error when trying to click on theme options:
    Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /…./wp-content/themes/WP_011/functions.php on line 481
    This is line 481:
    <?php foreach ($options as $value) {
