When I signed up months ago, I added my email as my user name thinking I had to and now its on every page and I want it gone. I'm now getting more spam because of it and I'd like to change it. No one is at the wheel at WP as I've asked this on the bug ticket system and there is really no other way that I know of to get ahold of who every runs the support system at WP.
If anyone can direct me to someone that can change my user name to anything other than my email, please help.

my email will still be on all the forums posts.
So this is not a good way to change it.
Any other ideas, how hard can it be to do a search and replace??? I'm guessing as you're a moderator that this is your area of expertise. I'm sorry, I'm just getting spam like mad because of this.

We can't change a user's name. I suggest you immediately stop using the account and create a new one.
