Hi and thx for a great plugin!
I can't figure this one out...I inserted a flash video on a test post, and here's the image I get (the link is right):
When using the same link in the backend, the videos plays fine:
Any suggestions?
Thx....

I can't do much without a link to the specific post/page where the issue is occurring. It's likely a missing header hook in the theme, but I need to view the HTML to be sure.
Sorry I didn't provide a link.
Here's a post with only the viper video quicktag, loading an flv file from my server:
http://blog.ronronmx.com/?p=781
the link I'm loading is the following:
http://ronronmx.com/videos/iphone_ringtones_forfree/drag_drop-to-library.flv
As you can see I get an exclamation point. When using the same link in the flv option panel, my video displays correctly.
Thanks for your time
Your post is a draft, I can't view it.
Sorry, I'm a complete idiot...
Here's the link to the published post:

The post is password protected...
However you also have 2 other plugins (that are improperly coded) loading their own copies of SWFObject (3 in total). Disable all other plugins and see if the issue goes away.
Man...I forgot to remove the password when I saved it, now I really feel like a dumbass...so sorry for my "noobiness"
Here's the link again:

About the other 2 plugins that load copies of SWFObject, I can think of 1 for sure (slidepress for ssp) but I'm not sure about the other one, how can I look that up? (I have Firebug installed, as well as web developer)
Thanks....
Never mind I found the 2 plugins loading copies of the SWFObject, will try to deactivate them now and let you know if it worked.
I disabled both plugins, so viper video is the only one loading the SWFObject, still no luck.
As I said, please disable all other plugins. You'll find that one of them is causing the problem. ;) (It appears one of your plugins is automatically turning URLs into clickable links -- that's the actual culprit.)
Ah I know exactly what it is, thx a bunch for your really quick support!!!
