Theme GonzoDaily causes php warning. How to troubleshoot/resolve?

    I am getting the following error message on my blog.

    When I active the theme GonzoDaily that I downloaded from the wordpress.org site, I get the following warning printed at the top of my wordpress blog:

    Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in /home/tucke4/public_html/cyclinginottawa/wp-content/themes/gonzo-daily/header.php on line 5

    When I use a different theme (one of about 5) I get no error messages. Do you have any troubleshooting tips that I should try?
