• Hi and thank you for such great plugin!

I have one problem at the moment – I have no “Submit” or “Pay” or “Checkout” or any other button on Checkout page.

Before it happened I was experimenting with php sessions settings because my Cart content was disappearing while the checking out process. I don’t want to change them again because cart content seems to be visible now.

My payment method is Paypal only, sandbox account created and logged-in.

Cannot realize what is wrong. I’ve read dozen subjects here on the forum… nothing helped.

One more… I’ve just realized that on my hosting account (globat.com) I cannot access Apache error log files.:(

Hi! Thank you for your answer.

Today I tested the plugin on the classic WP theme and it worked like a charm. When I turned back to my authoring theme (and logged-out) and after clicking on “Proceed to Checkout” link, the following error appears:

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

Refreshed the page for a few times and nothing changed.

After that I logged-in, changed theme to Classic, logged-out and tested again. And no button on Checkout page. I refreshed the page and my basket became empty.

All my today’s testing was done when I was logged out.
Maybe it is important: my authoring theme was created with Artisteer software and I am using Firefox 3.0

Can you give me some hints what to look for?
Also you could test it for your self here: http://webside.me/ if you have few minutes.

I appreciate your time. I won’t hesitate to donate the plugin when it earns enough to do that 🙂 Thanks!

If eShop was in test mode then the buttons should not be appearing, from everything you have told me it looks like that part is working just fine. When you were logged in you saw them, when you were logged out you didn’t.

If your theme isn’t showing things correctly then I have to surmise that there is a problem with your theme.
